Shipping is calculated at checkout and provided globally. Duties and Taxes are calculated at checkout for orders outside of South Africa.

Once your online order has been received and fulfilled, we will pop you an email as soon as your parcel is dispatched which will include a tracking number. You are welcome to use the track and trace functionality on the courier website or you can email us at support@thebal.zendesk.com and we will gladly assist you. Please refer to our shipping lead times for your area.

Delivery takes anywhere from 2 working days to 10 working days depending on your location and service selected at checkout.
